TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E500 OF 2021 By Cecilia Odemba Adhiambo, of P.O. Box, 285–40600, Siaya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apeles Apiyo Otieno, who died at Hono Sub- location, on 13th October, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
