Box 1001—90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Mathiala, who died at Isinga, Unyuani, Machakos, on 15th May, 1994. CAUSE NO. E235 OF 2021 By Nelson Muindi Muli, of P.O. Box 90, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Muli Kilalya, who died at Mumbuni, on 17th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. E275 OF 2021 By Phyllis Mumbua Nguli, of P.O. Box 62806–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Nthambi Kioko, who died at Washington D.C., on 16th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E276 OF 2021 By Dephine Mbithe Usyu, of P.O. Box 10106–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Usyu Kikuvi, who died at Equetor Nursing Home, on 9th March, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
