CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2021 By Paul Maobe Masankwa, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masagwa Matagago, who died at Kisii, on 6th July, 1984. CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2021 By (1) Naftal Ronge Nyamwaya and (2) Richard Obwoge Nyamwaya, both of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bennado Gesiosio, who died at Ote’ndo Location, on 5th June, 2007.
