Box 3638, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mangaa Kebaso, who died at Rieteba Sub-location, on 11th November, 1983. CAUSE NO. 29 OF 2021 By (1) Daniel Tinega Omwange and (2) Zablon Onyoni Tinega, both of P.O. Box 532, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tinega Oirere Chweya, who died at Giasaiga Sub-location, on 18th January, 2019. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambaka Mogoi, who died on 1st January, 1972. CAUSE NO. 522 OF 2021 By Alexender Gisemba Kigengo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sweti Kigengo, who died at Bomwanda Sub-location, on 11th February, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
