TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 407 OF 2021 By David Omondi Odembo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Odembo Onyango, who died on 6th December, 1995. CAUSE NO. E463 OF 2021 By (1) Claris Akoth Okumu and (2) David Odhiambo Okoth, both of P.O. Box 58, Boro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathews Othieno alias Mathews Muga Ohanya, who died at Komenya Kalaka Sub-location, on 20th May, 2004. CAUSE NO. 482 OF 2021 By Austine Onyango Nyangao, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Nyangao Oloo, who died at Nyawita, on 16th December, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
