TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 5th November, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2021 By Yaronimo Luke Simiyu, of P.O. Box 2126–30200, Kitale in Kenya for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Simiyu Wekesa, who died at Machewa Sub-location, on 26th December, 2005. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2021 By (1) Elizabeth Moraa Ashioya and (2) Shadrack Kambuni Anyoka, both of P.O. Box 1304, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enosh Anyoka Ayogo, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
