E382 OF 2021 By Kakusu Kithongo Mtiamu alias Kakusu Kithongo Mtiamu alias Karusu Kithongo Mtiamu, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the decesased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalumi Kithongo alias Kalumi Kivongo Kithuku, who died at Kitui, on 12th December, 2016. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinyua Simba, who died at Kitui, on 12th Janaury, 2020. CAUSE NO. E457 OF 2021 By (1) Jedidah Kasele Kimuli and (2) Josphat Masila Kimuli, both of P.O. Box 385–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimuli Ndambuki, who died at Kitui General Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2015.
