TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 12:29 PM THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th November, 2021 5964 5964 CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2021 By Lawrence Kamaru Karanja, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elis Njeri Karanja, who died at Ngong, on 11th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2021 By (1) Hellen Mpati Kipasa and (2) Lucy Sereti Kipasa, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipasa Busabus Kitipa alias Kipasa Busabus Kiptipa, who died at Sucos Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
