TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E868 OF 2021 By Michael Gude Lweny, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Waore Lweya alias Waore Lweya Magaga, who died on 23rd November, 2015. CAUSE NO. E869 OF 2021 By Mathews Jaulu Odondo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odondo Odeny alias Joseph Odongo Odeny, who died on 6th August, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
