TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E542 OF 2021 By (2) Paul Juma Onyango and (2) Herine Betty Apondi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Achieng Onyango, who died at Race Course, on 11th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E806 OF 2021 By (1) Denis Mark Owuor and (2) Samuel Mathew Ochieng, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maureen Apondi Abuodha, who died at Nakuru War Memorial, on 19th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. 873 OF 2021 By (1) Moses Nyumba Ochola and (2) George Olima Ochola, both of P.O. Box 664, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Onyango Otunga & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochola Omwatho, who died at Mayenya, on 12th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
