TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E981 OF 2021 By Roselida Owiti Atieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Atieno Okong’o alias Atieno Okongo, who died on 5th January, 1975. CAUSE NO. E982 OF 2021 By Benter Adhiambo Kanga, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joab Obongo Ogola, who died on 14th August, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
