TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2021 By Monicah Jeruto Koech, of P.O. Box 3585–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Kibitok arap Kipkoech alias Kibitok A. Kipkoech alias arap Maina, who died at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kenya, on 30th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
