TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Clement Gichuru, (2) Agnes Wanjiru Gachoka, (3) Hortensia Wanjiru Gathigi and (4) Mercy Wambui Gathiga, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathigi Gathuka, who died at Olkeri Sub-location, on 26th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2021 By Hannah Wanjiku Chege, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Mwati Njoroge, who died at Nairobi, on 22nd November, 1986. E59 OF 2021 By (1) Richard Magilu ole Munyaanyi and (2) Phyllis Seleina Ngotiek, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Munyaanyi Ngotiek, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 14th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2021 By Rose Wambui Titiai Sironka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Titiai Sironka, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 30th March, 2021.
