NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st January, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 582, in Volume B-13, Folio 2074/15807, File No. 1637, by our client. Ahmed Mohamed Abubaker Zubedi, of P.O. Box 81662-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Abdillahi Abubakar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Abdillahi Abubakar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ahmed Mohamed Abubaker Zubedi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ahmed Mohamed Abubaker Zubedi only.
