NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th November, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2098, in Volume DI, Folio 360/5499, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Jimmy ole Mburu, formerly known as James Kinyanjui Mburu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Kinyanjui Mburu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jimmy ole Mburu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jimmy ole Mburu only.
