NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th October, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 670, in Volume DI, Folio 341/3459, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Richard Mepukori Nyinge, of P.O. Box 444, Kajiado in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Richard Nyinge Tonkei Lolkinyei, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Richard Nyinge Tonkei Lolkinyei, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Richard Mepukori Nyinge, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Richard Mepukori Nyinge only.
