NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th August, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 361, in Volume D1, Folio 300/5047, File No. MMXXI, by our client, John Ben Mwangi Irungu (father), on behalf of Abigael Njoki Mwangi (minor), of P.O. Box 768-00232, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abigael Priscillah Njoki Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Abigael Priscillah Njoki Mwangi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abigael Njoki Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Abigael Njoki Mwangi only.
