E92/202 I APPOINTMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATOR NO'I ICE is given that Thika School of Medical and Health Sciences Limited (the company) was placed under administration effective from the 22nd November, 2021. Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company are being conducted by the joint administrators. The powers of the joint administrators extend to all assets and undertaking of the company. The powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the company's assets ceased. Any party having a claim against the company shall submit the claim in writing with relevant supporting documentation to the Joint administrators on or before the 15th December, 2021 for consideration.
