GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12926

WHEREAS John Njiru Ndwiga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mbeti/Gachoka/3319, 3.320 and 1714, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Siakago in succession Cause No. 89 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Bernice Marigu Ndwiga and (2) Immaculate Wanjiru Marigu, and whereas the said Court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said parcel of land, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of John Njiru Ndwiga (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of (I) Bernice Marigu Ndwiga and (2) Immaculate Wanjiru Marigu„ and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to John Njiru Ndwiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
