GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12925

WHEREAS Gachau Kaguru (deceased), of P.O. box 299-10200. Murang'a in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.0 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 8/Kaganda/982, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas High Court of Kenya at Murang'a in succession Cause No. 567 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Florence Wanjiku Kaguru, (2) Francis Githoge Gichau and (3) Wairimu Gichau, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration 01' thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said (1) Florence Wanjiku Kaguru, (2) Francis Githoge Gichau and (3) Wairimu Gichau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gachau Kaguru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
