GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12922

WHEREAS Joseph Kaguru Ngungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.76 acres or thereabout, known as KieanjofNembu/1322, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Thika in succession Cause No. 102 of 2003, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Pauline Njeri Kaguru (1D/3049420), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and he surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have tailed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said Pauline Njeri Kaguru (ID/3049420), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kaguru Ngungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
