REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Vinu Ramji Merag and (2) Surekha Vinu Shah, both of P.O. Box 74493, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as plot No. 5729/1/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as CR. 21214/1, and S. G. KINYUA, S. K. MWANGI, whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the said deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
