REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Onnike Sylvanus Beda, of P.O. Box 139, Port Victoria in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Busia, registered under title No. Bunyala/Bulemia/5097, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
