E166 of, 2021 By Rukiya Said Rashis, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khadija Said Rashid, who died at Mwembe Tayari, Mombasa, on 13th April, 2010. CAUSE No. E262 OF 2021 By Zainubai Abdullabhai Essaji, the deceased's sibling, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Kulsumbai Abdullabhai Suleiman, (2) Nasibabai Namajee and (3) Habiba Abdullabhai Suleman, who died at Old Town, Mombasa, on (1) 7th December, 2007, (2) 20th September, 2017 and (3) 31st January, 2020, respectively. CAUSE No. E289 OF 2021 By Abdulaziz Shsriff Abduraman Shatry, the deceased's sibling, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdulaleem Sayid Abdalla Shatry, who died at Old Town, Mombasa, on 3rd April, 2021. CAUSE No. E290 OF 2021 By Hamisi Musa Mwambindo, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Ali Mwambindo, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
