TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 188 OF 2021 By (1) Millicent Akoth Odhiambo and (2) Eunice Awino Oketch, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Onyango Okiya, who died at Lifunga Sub-location, on 25th October, 2020. CAUSE No. 220 OF 2021 By Alice Adeya Omolo, of P.O. Box 65, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Omolo Aginga alias Gabriel Omolo, who died on 10th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. 233 OF 2021 By Stanslas Omondi Amenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anton Amenya Mudhiero, who died at Ngunya Sub-location, on 10th December, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
