TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 10th September, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4469 CAUSE No. E151 OF 2021 By Mathias Mwalimu Kaingu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Baya, who died on 23nd July, 1981. CAUSE No. E152 OF 2021 By Kazungu Kambi Baya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thoya Baya, who died on 7th April, 1974. CAUSE No. E153 OF 2021 By Swaleh Ali Baya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Baya, who died on 23rd January, 1996. CAUSE No. 197 of 2021 By (1) Sidi Chengo Mwanyanje, (2) Samwel Karisa Gona and (3) Samson Kitsao Fondo, the deceased's daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasichana Gotta Fondo, who died Takaungu, Kilifi, on 10th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
