Box 659, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milkah Wanjiru Mbugua, who died at Giachuki Sub-location, on 20th December, 2020. CAUSE No. 324 OF 2021 By (1) John Wanyoike Kangethe and (2) Mungai Kangethe, both of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndore Nduti, who died at Mugumoini, on 30th January, 1999. CAUSE No. 325 OF 2021 By Jackson Ngunyi Njihia, of P.O. Box 2821, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Wangari Njihia alias Sera Wangari Njihia, who died at Gathugu, Ndunyu Chege Sub-location, on 9th September, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
