CAUSE No. 34 OF 2021 By James Gichobi Kithakwa, of P.O. Box 1107, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Kithakwa Mugera, who died at Kiangombe, on 5th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 99 OF 2021 By Helena Wanjiru Njoka, of P.O. Box 63, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Douglas Njoka Kaberenge, who died at ACK Mt. Kenya, on 2nd March, 2012. CAUSE No. 101 OF 2021 By Elice Waguama Gachoki, of P.O. Box 128, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Gachoki Kamotho, who died at Nairobi West Hospital, on 3rd December, 2016.
