TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E5 OF 2020 By Cheruiyot Bundotich, of P.O. Box 186, Ainabkoi in Kenya, the deceased son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimugul Sinyei, who died at Kipkomwo Sub-location, on 16th April, 1968. CAUSE NO. E357 OF 2021 By Margaret Jepliting, of P.O. Box 969, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict Kimeli Sugut, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
