Box 118, Malaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwerema Titiya alias Mwelema Titia, who died along Eldoret— Kitale Road, on 26th November, 1980. CAUSE No. E129 OF 2021 By (1) Thomas Kinyanchui Kabula and (2) Tom Walubengo Masakha, both of P.O. Box 51, Matete in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwasame Shiyuyu, who died at Kiliboti, on 24th August, 1999. CAUSE No. E131 OF 2021 By Violet Nyamisi Mutachi, of P.O. Box 82, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Mutachi Lutomia alias Mutachi Lutomia, who died at Namushiya Sub-location, on 29th December, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
