TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E86 OF 2021 By (1) Milkah Wathairu Magu , (2) Paul Munga Magu and (3) Michael Chege Munga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeruasio Magu Munga alias Gervasio Magu, who died at Kagongo, on 7th March, 2021. CAUSE No. E88 OF 2021 By (1) David Karunda Mwangi and (2) Nellius Wangari Gitahi, both of P.O. Box 68, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kihia Mwangi alias Kihia Macharia, who died at Muringa-ini Location in 1966. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2021 By Josphine Wanjiru Kamau, of P.O. Box 34, Gacharage-ini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kamau Munga, who died at Kagongo, on 23rd November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
