TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 157 of 2020 By (1) Michael Odero Ochieng and (2) Margaret Akeyo Odero, both of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayoko Ochieng, who died at North Kamwango Sub-location, on 28th August, 1990. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2021 By (1) Beryl Adhiambo Otieno and (2) Selyne Awuor Agumba, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Otieno Owuor, who died at Suna North Location, on 7th February, 2021. CAUSE No. E143 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Odera and (2) Okeyo Joseph Obosi, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Otieno Obosi, who died on 20th September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
