TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E72 OF 2021 By (1) David ole Kipunyi and (2) Sakaya Kipunyi, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipunyi Sawaina Ntidu alias Kipunyi Sawaina, who died at Kajiado West, on 30th June, 2015. CAUSE No. E88 OF 2021 By (1) Lilian Chepkorir Arari and (2) Lanken Arari, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of lettets of administration intestate to the estate of Arari Ologolie, who died at K.C.R.H., on 11th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
