TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 192 OF 2021 By Njeri Mwangi, of P.O. Box 140, Wanguru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Mutahi, who died at Shauri, on 19th March, 2011. CAUSE No. 451 OF 2021 By Lydiah Wanjugu Muriuki, of P.O. Box 29-10105, Naromoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Muriuki Munyi, who died at Equator, on 6th February, 2021. CAUSE No. 459 OF 2021 By (1) Festus Nguyo Wanjohi and (2) Nathaniel Nguyo Wangai, both of P.O. Box 32, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nguyo Wangai Githenduka alias Nguyo Wangai, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
