CAUSE No. E529 OF 2021 By Maurice Otunga Likhaya, of P.O. Box 474-50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Likhaya alias Yohana Likhaya Arema, who died at Mukulusu Sub-location, on 9th January, 1991. CAUSE No. E555 OF 2021 By Dany James Lugonzo, of P.O. Box 198, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Lichoti Inyanya alias Lijodi Nyanya, who died at Shiswa, on 5th September, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
