TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E320 OF 2020 By Grace Achieng Akun, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Celestine Owiti Ochola, who died on 10th April, 2020. CAUSE No. E640 OF 2021 By (1) Martin Omondi Andiego and (2) George Bmasudi Otieno Andiego, both of P.O. Box 13, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roselida Ayoo Andiego, who died at Kapuonja Sub-location, on 25th June, 2019. CAUSE No. E780 OF 2021 By (1) Jecton Oliech Rawaka and (2) Elly Ochieng Osir, both of P.O. Box 36-40131, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased's son and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elija Rawaka Anyango alias Rawaka Anyango alias Elija Rawaka, who died at Newa Sub-location, on 2nd June, 1979. CAUSE No. 792 OF 2021 By Paul Ogada Otiende, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Otiende Ogoya alias Paulous Otiende Ogoya, who died on 2nd January, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
