CAUSE No. E748 OF 2021 By (1) Ajerica Wanjiru Njongoro, (2) Charles Kamau Njongoro and (3) Samuel Kanyingi Njongoro, all of P.O. Box 13766-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Njongoro Mututa, late of Nyangui, who died at Nyangui, Ndundori, on 1st May, 2005.
