TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E92 OF 2021 By Thomas Kemboi Tarus, of P.O. Box 18-20108, Rongai in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bariton Laraabi, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 2018. CAUSE No. E93 OF 2021 By (1) Alex Kungu Mbugua, (2) Amos Waweru Mbugua, (3) Rachael Njeri Kimani and (4) Jane Njeri Kinuthia, all of P.O. Box 241, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Nguruwe, who died at Gilgil, on 26th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
