TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2021 By (1) Sonita Kember and (2) Arne Ranjit Sondhi, both of P.O. Box 82234-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Kuldip Raj Sondhi, who died at Nyali, on 12th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
