CAUSE NO. 189 OF 2021 By Otieno Odedo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Nyakore Odedo alias Nyakuri Odedo, who died at Central Sakwa Location, on 31st July, 1990. CAUSE NO. 190 OF 2021 By (1) Philip Onyango Gadi and (2) John Otieno Gadi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacton Gadi Dudi alias Jacton Dudi Wade, who died at Kanyamamba Sub-location, on 26th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. 196 OF 2021 By Syprina Anyango Okumu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnny Ojwando Okumu, who died at Kanyarwanda Location, on 12th May, 2015.
