THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipkemboi arap Meto (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kaboi/555, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas Seniour Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kapsabet in succession cause No. 99 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Johana Kiprono Cheruiyot, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue land title deed to the said Johana Kiprono Cheruiyot, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkemboi arap Meto (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
