NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th March, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3173, in Volume D1, Folio 114/2710, File No. MMXXI, by our client Victoria Mueni Nzioka, of P.O. Box 25571– 00603, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jane Mueni Nzioka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jane Mueni Nzioka, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Victoria Mueni Nzioka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Victoria Mueni Nzioka only.
