NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th May, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1026, in Volume DI, Folio 214/3945, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Elizabeth Wairimu Kiarie (mother), of P.O. Box 56329–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of James Jeremy Kiarie (minor), formerly known as James Jeremy Kiarie Komo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Jeremy Kiarie Komo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Jeremy Kiarie, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Jeremy Kiarie only.
