NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd August, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 609, in Volume DI, Folio 1921/2415, File No. MMXX, by our client, Marwan Abduba Ali Abdi, of P.O. Box 56, Isiolo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Boru Abduba Boru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Boru Abduba Boru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Marwan Abduba Ali Abdi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Marwan Abduba Ali Abdi only.
