NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th July, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2576, in Volume DI, Folio 205/3843, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Nilufer Kaur Rai, of P.O. Box 3530–00506 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nilufer Salim Dawre alias Nilufer Saleem Abdalla Ebrahim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nilufer Salim Dawre alias Nilufer Saleem Abdalla Ebrahim and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nilufer Kaur Rai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nilufer Kaur Rai only.
