NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd October, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1033, in Volume DI, Folio 197/3777, File No. MMXXI, by me, Lydia Satetua Parteiyie (guardian), of P.O. Box 644, Kajiado in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Valentine Nasei (minor), formerly known as Valentine Mwende, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Valentine Mwende and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Valentine Nasei, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Valentine Nasei only.
