NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th February, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1682, in Volume DI, Folio 170/3361, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Nyaberi Josephat, of P.O. Box 84, Kebirigo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Josephat Semba Nyaberi alias Joseph Semba Mokaya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Josephat Semba Nyaberi alias Joseph Semba Mokaya and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nyaberi Josephat, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nyaberi Josephat only.
