THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lucia Kabuchi Kibandi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.61 hectares or thereabout, known as Ngariama/Merichi/618, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gichugu in succession cause no. 133 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) John Gachoki Njeru, (2) Johnson Kamaku Nyaga and (3) Dominic Mukono Gachoki, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the administration letters to (1) John Gachoki Njeru, (2) Johnson Kamaku Nyaga and (3) Dominic Mukono Gachoki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Lucia Kabuchi Kibandi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
