REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Karuku J. Wang’ondu alias Paul Karuku Joseph Wang’ondu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Thegenge/kihora/669, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No. 533 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Agnes Wangari Karuku, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Agnes Wangari Karuku, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the Paul Karuku J.
