GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8575

WHEREAS Hutchson Kibui Wamatu alias Hurchison Kingori Wamatu alias Hatshison Kibui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.7 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Mahiga/Ugachiku/217, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Othaya in succession cause No. 18 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration 3644 3644 intestate to Samuel Wamatu Kibui, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Samuel Wamatu Kibui and (2) Josphat Theuri Kibui, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Samuel Wamatu Kibui, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Samuel Wamatu Kibui and (2) Josphat Theuri Kibui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hutchson Kibui Wamatu alias Hurchison Kingori Wamatu alias Hatshison Kibui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
